Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain the reason for their visit
  • Listen to customer concerns regarding their vehicles and provide a clear explanation of the necessary repairs or maintenance
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing them with updates on the status of their vehicle
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy, ensuring a satisfactory resolution
  • Schedule service appointments, ensuring the optimal allocation of service bays and technicians
  • Prepare detailed repair orders, documenting all customer concerns and desired services
  • Provide customers with detailed explanations of additional recommended services or repairs, highlighting the benefits
  • Review and finalize repair orders, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed before the customer picks up their vehicle

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Automobile from a recognized institute or Technical College
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor, Automotive Technician, or similar role in the automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, components, and repair processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to explain technical information clearly
