Project Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to allocate resources and execute project tasks
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identifying and addressing any deviations or issues. romance metrics
• Lead project teams, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure project goals are achieved
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices
• Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with project requirements and client expectations
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions
• Proactively address issues and challenges that arise during project execution, seeking timely resolutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
• Proven experience in similar capacity, preferably in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards (e.g.. HVCA)
