About the job Admin Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing and managing all day-to-day operations of all the departments
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
  • Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Ensuring the office equipment and supplies are properly working and properly maintained
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Not relevant to 
  • the operational process Willingness to work extra hours, including during weekends, according to requirements (can take a day off on a weekday for this)
  • Ability to supervise the entire operation
  • Experience in a related field, such as management or financial reporting, is preferred
