About the job Admin Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing and managing all day-to-day operations of all the departments
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
- Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
- Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Ensuring the office equipment and supplies are properly working and properly maintained
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Not relevant to
- the operational process Willingness to work extra hours, including during weekends, according to requirements (can take a day off on a weekday for this)
- Ability to supervise the entire operation
- Experience in a related field, such as management or financial reporting, is preferred
