Manager- Plant Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Implement maintenance methodologies across plants, promote breakdown analysis
• Ensure maintenance resources are available for routine tasks
• Track and manage the maintenance budget, address over/under spending, and provide annual budget inputs
• Promote workplace safety, communicate SHE guidelines, conduct safety audits, and foster a SHE culture
• Ensure compliance with Policies, Standards, GMP, and regulatory requirements
• Support the implementation of AM methodologies
• Coordinate with production to resolve quality defects, safety risks, and technical issues
• Act as a link between production and engineering within the local committee
• Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and productivity

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience. Previous experience in spray drier operations would be advantageous
• Age below 40
• Exhibit leadership and team player skills with an attitude for absolute intolerance for unsafe situations
• Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exhibit fluency in English, along with strong communication
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
