Responsibilities:

  • Process Customer Requests: Ensure that all customer requests are processed without delay, maintaining a high standard of efficiency and accuracy
  • Resolve Customer Concerns: Proactively address and resolve customer concerns, suggestions, and complaints, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions
  • Engage with Shipping Line Staff: Foster positive relationships with staff at all levels of shipping lines, collaborating to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service
  • Follow-up on Transshipments: Monitor and follow up on transshipment points, ensuring timely and accurate communication to meet customer expectations

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Freight forwarding / Supply Chain and Logistics Management
  • Successfully completed GCE (A/L) & GCE (O/L)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Import sales and Customer Service
  • Knowledge in Cross Trading and Transshipments is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Gensoft
  • Below 35-Male/Female
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
