Finance Manager - Malabe

Responsibilities:

• Directly accountable for financial reporting, planning, analysis, forecasting, and engaging in cost reduction initiatives 
• Manage tax planning, taxation, payments, and coordinate with tax authorities and consultants Provide management reporting and timely dissemination of information to senior management for critical decision-making 
• Implement robust financial systems, controls, and standard operating practices Supervise and manage the finance team under the selected candidate's purview 
• Supervise finance department functions and responsibilities related to branch operations 
• Ensuring the team is trained and up-to-date with the latest financial practices Collaborating with other departments to support overall business objectives

Requirements:

• Full qualification in ACCAACA or a Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in a reputed audit firm and 4 years of experience in a reputed mercantile company/MNC Experience in the pharmaceutical sector would be an added advantage
• Proficiency in a fully computerized environment and exposure to SAP Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills 
• Proven people management and leadership skills
