About the job Coordinator (Engineering Division)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the engineering team in coordinating and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all milestones are met according to the project plan
- Prepare, update, and maintain project documentation, including technical reports, schedules, and progress updates
- Facilitate effective communication between engineering, production, and other departments
- Organize meetings, prepare detailed agendas, and document meeting minutes, distributing them to relevant stakeholders and following up on action items to ensure accountability
- Monitor project progress by tracking key performance indicators, identifying potential risks or delays, and assisting in the resolution of any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases of project information
- Support the engineering team in ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements:
- G.C.E. A/L or higher educational qualifications in a relevant field
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within a sales or administrative role
- Proficiency in the MS Office package, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create presentations, manage spreadsheets, and generate reports
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure the smooth execution of sales activities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high levels of productivity
- Preferred age below 35 years, ensuring a dynamic and adaptable approach to work
