About the job Senior HR Officer- Performance & Development
Responsibilities
- Performance Management: Continuously improve the performance appraisal system by integrating core competencies, values, and performance measures. Provide guidance to management and staff, support performance improvement plans, and assist with performance-based rewards and promotions.
- Capacity Development: Design, deliver, and update training programs (statutory, mandatory, and developmental), ensuring compliance with regulatory changes. Collaborate with stakeholders to create business-focused learning solutions and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Fellowships & Internships: Lead the Fellowship and Internship programs, manage recruitment and placement processes, and maintain databases for talent management. Provide regular progress reports and ensure timely processing of payments and invoices.
- Employee Relations & Projects: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and contribute to HR special projects, ensuring timely document preparation and project delivery
Requirments
- A Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Chartered qualification in HR is desirable.
- Minimum 5-6 years of exeperinece in Human Resources, including experience in Learning & Development, Performance Management, or related areas.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital HR systems and processes.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment with sensitivity to diversity.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines with minimal supervision.
