Leasing Manager

Responsibilities 

• Lead lease negotiations, renewals, and agreement execution to optimize occupancy rates and rental income.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns to ensure high satisfaction.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential tenants to improve leasing strategies.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to promote available spaces through advertising, networking, and property tours.
• Monitor rental revenues, analyze financial performance, and prepare leasing reports for management.
• Ensure all leasing activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies, coordinating with legal teams as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing, property management, or real estate sales.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills to engage effectively with tenants and stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of the real estate market, property trends, and commercial leasing practices.
• Ability to analyze leasing performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
• Familiarity with property management and leasing software, along with proficiency in MS Office applications.
