Business Analyst

Responsibilites

• Conduct thorough evaluations of costs and provide accurate pricing to assist the sales team in generating quotes.
• Continuously monitor sales activities and performance, providing detailed reports and insights to aid management decisions.
• Oversee the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and analyzing pricing structures for market competitiveness.
• Monitor accounts receivable and facilitate timely collections to ensure stable financial operations.
• Handle procurement processes, ensuring accurate stock management and efficient operations.
• Work alongside department heads to create, review, and finalize the financial budgets for various divisions.
  

Requirements

• A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in business analysis, financial planning, or sales performance monitoring is required.
• Strong ability to analyze data and produce actionable insights.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and cost analysis techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, MS Excel, and data analysis tools is essential.
