Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
 - Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling, follow-up calls, and patient inquiries.
 - Maintain the appointment calendar and ensure timely patient flow.
 - Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to manage patient records and treatment schedules.
 - Handle billing procedures, issue receipts, and process payments accurately.
 - Maintain up-to-date patient records both digitally and in hard copy.
 - Ensure the reception and waiting area are clean, organized, and welcoming.
 - Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, inventory checks, and stationery management.
 - Assist with basic documentation for insurance claims or referrals if required.
 - Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment schedules, reminders, and protocols.
 
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Sinhala or Tamil.
 - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic familiarity with email and internet browsing.
 - Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare front office is an advantage.
 - Willingness to work extended hours or weekends if necessary.
 - Professional appearance and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
 - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle patient information responsibly.
 - Good telephone etiquette and ability to manage multiple incoming calls.
 - Team player with a cooperative approach and willingness to learn.
 - Fresh school leavers or trainees with a good attitude are welcome to apply.
