Responsibilities
- Effectively engage and communicate with existing clients to arrange coaching or training sessions.
- Oversee and manage the scheduling of training programs,
- Coordinate with trainers to confirm their availability for scheduled sessions.
- Regularly update and maintain detailed training schedules, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in preparing and distributing training materials, agendas, and reminders for upcoming sessions.
- Perform administrative duties related to training, including documentation and follow-up tasks.
- Offer support during both virtual and in-person training sessions to ensure they run smoothly.
- Track and report on session attendance and gather participant feedback for ongoing improvements.
- Work closely with the team to enhance client satisfaction and strengthen client relationships.
- Contribute to the creation of new training initiatives and strategies for client engagement.
Requirments
- Undergraduate students or recent graduates with a degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
- Strong ability to organize and handle multiple tasks and schedules at once.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and trainers.
- Highly detail-oriented, with a structured approach to managing schedules and coordinating activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with virtual communication platforms (Zoom, Teams).
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Displays a proactive, positive mindset towards learning and embracing new challenges.
