Factory Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and increase efficiency
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues
• Monitor production metrics and provide regular reports on performance and progress
• Train and mentor production staff on new processes and procedures
• Implement cost-saving measures to improve production efficiency
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve production processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent professional qualification, Master's degree is an added advantage.
• Licensed as a Professional Engineer
• A minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years specifically in UHT coconut milk and coconut water production, is essential Practical experience within the coconut industry, particularly with boilers, dryers, oil expellers, and filters, is highly advantageous
• Familiarity with food quality control and safety principles and practices is mandatory (IS022000 and HACCP Food Safety and Quality Control Procedures)
