Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with motorcycle and e-motorcycle dealers, ensuring alignment with sales targets and market strategy.
- Drive sales growth and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Analyze market trends to optimize dealership performance and enhance product reach.
- Provide training and support to dealers, ensuring high levels of service quality.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan promotional activities and drive brand awareness.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide insights for strategic adjustments.
Requirments:
- Professional qualification in Sales and Marketing (full or partial).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity within the Motorcycle/E-Motorcycle sector.
- Previous experience in the automobile industry is required.
- Strong ability to use initiative, work independently, and handle pressure effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage dealers and influence sales outcomes.
- Strong team player with proven leadership qualities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and people-handling abilities.
