Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the dealer and corporate customer base for home appliances.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and corporate clients.
 - Identify new market opportunities and develop initiatives to increase sales volume.
 - Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
 - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
 - Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, ensuring performance targets are met.
 - Conduct regular client meetings, product presentations, and training sessions for dealer staff.
 - Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
 - Manage sales reporting, forecasting, and budget tracking activities.
 - Represent the brand at trade shows, dealer events, and promotional campaigns.
 - Working Days and Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM 5:30 PM) and Saturday (8:30 AM 1:30 PM).
 
Requirements
- Full or part-time professional qualification in Sales and Marketing.
 - Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in the Corporate/Dealer sector in a similar capacity.
 - Prior experience in the Electronics sector would be an added advantage.
 - Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate a high level of initiative.
 - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 - Strong leadership and team management skills.
 - Good interpersonal and people-handling abilities.
 - Age preferably below 40 years.
