About the job Student Support Executive
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase student registrations.
- Deliver presentations and communicate effectively with large groups.
- Manage corporate email and WhatsApp accounts, responding to student inquiries and escalating urgent matters when needed.
- Handle the corporate hotline and provide prompt, professional responses to queries.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with students and build strong connections to enhance engagement.
- Address and resolve daily operational inquiries efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Minimum A/L qualification; a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or Sales is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and an extroverted personality.
- Female candidates aged 23-30 are encouraged to apply.
- Must be available to work on weekends, with the option to take 1.5 days of leave on weekdays.
