Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase student registrations.
  • Deliver presentations and communicate effectively with large groups.
  • Manage corporate email and WhatsApp accounts, responding to student inquiries and escalating urgent matters when needed.
  • Handle the corporate hotline and provide prompt, professional responses to queries.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with students and build strong connections to enhance engagement.
  • Address and resolve daily operational inquiries efficiently.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
  • Minimum A/L qualification; a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or Sales is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and an extroverted personality.
  • Female candidates aged 23-30 are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be available to work on weekends, with the option to take 1.5 days of leave on weekdays.
