Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding).
 - Support team in implementing and maintaining HR policies.
 - Coordinate with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
 - Maintain candidate databases and generate recruitment-related reports.
 - Conduct preliminary background checks and assist in the verification process.
 - Communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
 - Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to contribute to team growth.
 
Requirements
- A completed Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
 - Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruitment or HR support role.
 - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 - Eagerness to learn new things and grow within the HR domain.
 - Good knowledge in HR policies and labor Law.
 - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment tools is a plus.
 - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
