Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle all aspects of sea export customer service and documentation, including booking, documentation, and shipment tracking
- Communicate effectively with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any issues or concerns promptly
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and other stakeholders
- Train and mentor junior team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sea export customer service and documentation
- Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Experience with freight forwarding systems is a plus
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours and handle occasional after-hours calls
