Responsibilities:

  • Manage and handle all aspects of sea export customer service and documentation, including booking, documentation, and shipment tracking
  • Communicate effectively with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any issues or concerns promptly
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and other stakeholders
  • Train and mentor junior team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sea export customer service and documentation
  • Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Experience with freight forwarding systems is a plus
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and handle occasional after-hours calls
