Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the company culture
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners
  • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and increase employee satisfaction
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment and employee relations processes
  • Collaborate with other HR team members on various projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or Professional Qualification in HRM
  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and employee relations, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR software
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
