About the job Senior Executive- Technical trainer
Responsibilities:
- Conduct hands-on training sessions for service technicians, engineers, and other technical staff
- Use various training methods including classroom sessions, workshops, and e-learning platforms
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
- Assist in troubleshooting complex technical issues and offer solutions in alignment with company procedures
- Monitor and report on the training progress and certification status of technical staff
- Propose and implement new training initiatives to keep the workforce skilled in emerging technologies
- Prepare regular reports on training activities, participant progress, and areas for improvement
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 7 in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a strong focus on technical training and development
- Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs
- Hands-on experience with modern automotive diagnostic tools and technologies
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
- Adaptable to changing technologies and work environments
