Responsibilities:

  • Conduct hands-on training sessions for service technicians, engineers, and other technical staff
  • Use various training methods including classroom sessions, workshops, and e-learning platforms
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
  • Assist in troubleshooting complex technical issues and offer solutions in alignment with company procedures
  • Monitor and report on the training progress and certification status of technical staff
  • Propose and implement new training initiatives to keep the workforce skilled in emerging technologies
  • Prepare regular reports on training activities, participant progress, and areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 7 in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a strong focus on technical training and development
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs
  • Hands-on experience with modern automotive diagnostic tools and technologies
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
  • Adaptable to changing technologies and work environments
