Responsibilities:

  • Discover and pursue new sales prospects through thorough market research, networking, and generating leads
  • Foster and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their specific needs and offering customized solutions
  • Regularly meet with clients, deliver presentations, and demonstrate products to promote our paper offerings
  • Negotiate sales agreements, covering pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms
  • Finalize sales deals and ensure smooth processing and delivery of orders
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor actions, and customer preferences to spot new business opportunities
  • Share insights with management on market conditions, product demand, and areas for potential growth
  • Create and present regular sales reports and forecasts for management review



Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar discipline
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of Filter paper in beverage (Tea) industry
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and people skills
  • Open to traveling as needed
  • Thorough knowledge of sales procedures and customer analysis
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong analytical skills for recognizing trends in market data
