Responsibilities:
- Discover and pursue new sales prospects through thorough market research, networking, and generating leads
- Foster and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their specific needs and offering customized solutions
- Regularly meet with clients, deliver presentations, and demonstrate products to promote our paper offerings
- Negotiate sales agreements, covering pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms
- Finalize sales deals and ensure smooth processing and delivery of orders
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor actions, and customer preferences to spot new business opportunities
- Share insights with management on market conditions, product demand, and areas for potential growth
- Create and present regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar discipline
- In-depth knowledge and experience of Filter paper in beverage (Tea) industry
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and people skills
- Open to traveling as needed
- Thorough knowledge of sales procedures and customer analysis
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Strong analytical skills for recognizing trends in market data
