AC and Refrigeration Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC and refrigeration systems and provide appropriate solutions
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure systems are functioning properly and efficiently
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology
• Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times
• Train and mentor junior technicians as needed
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency repairs and maintenance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an AC and Refrigeration Engineer
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems and their components
• Familiarity with different types of refrigerants and their applications
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing complex issues with HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotation
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
