Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers in targeted regions
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed company sales goals
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional materials and programs that drive sales through dealers
- Organize dealer meetings, seminars, and other events to promote product knowledge and sales
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for senior management
- Address any customer or dealer issues promptly and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction
- Ensure that dealers provide a high level of customer service and adhere to company standards
Requirements:
- A professional qualification in sales and marketing, either full-time or part-time
- Prior experience in the electronics field is beneficial
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and people skills
- Exceptional communication abilities and a collaborative team member
- Candidates must hold a valid driving license.
