Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers in targeted regions
  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed company sales goals
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional materials and programs that drive sales through dealers
  • Organize dealer meetings, seminars, and other events to promote product knowledge and sales
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for senior management
  • Address any customer or dealer issues promptly and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Ensure that dealers provide a high level of customer service and adhere to company standards

Requirements:

  • A professional qualification in sales and marketing, either full-time or part-time
  • Prior experience in the electronics field is beneficial
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and people skills
  • Exceptional communication abilities and a collaborative team member
  • Candidates must hold a valid driving license.
