About the job Trainee Coordinator (T&D)
Responsibilities:
- Engage and communicate effectively with current clients to schedule coaching/training sessions
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of training programs, ensuring smooth logistics and seamless execution
- Liaise with the panel of trainers to organize and confirm their availability for scheduled sessions
- Maintain and update methodical schedules for training sessions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of training materials, agendas, and session reminders
- Handle administrative tasks related to training coordination, including documentation and follow-ups
- Provide support during training sessions, both virtual and in-person, to ensure they run smoothly
- Monitor and report on training session attendance and participant feedback for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the team to enhance client satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships
- Contribute to the development of new training initiatives and client engagement strategies
Requirements:
- Currently in the final year of a Management or Communication degree, or have completed a relevant degree
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and trainers effectively
- Detail-oriented with a methodical approach to maintaining schedules and coordinating activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Teams)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and positive attitude towards learning and taking on new challenges
