About the job Trainee Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Engage and communicate effectively with current clients to schedule coaching/training sessions
  • Coordinate and manage the scheduling of training programs, ensuring smooth logistics and seamless execution
  • Liaise with the panel of trainers to organize and confirm their availability for scheduled sessions
  • Maintain and update methodical schedules for training sessions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of training materials, agendas, and session reminders
  • Handle administrative tasks related to training coordination, including documentation and follow-ups
  • Provide support during training sessions, both virtual and in-person, to ensure they run smoothly
  • Monitor and report on training session attendance and participant feedback for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance client satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships
  • Contribute to the development of new training initiatives and client engagement strategies

Requirements:

  • Currently in the final year of a Management or Communication degree, or have completed a relevant degree
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and trainers effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a methodical approach to maintaining schedules and coordinating activities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Teams)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive and positive attitude towards learning and taking on new challenges
