Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international markets.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
 - Understand customer needs and offer solutions that align with the companys manufacturing capabilities.
 - Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
 - Support the negotiation and closing of sales deals.
 - Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, R&D) to ensure smooth project execution.
 - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
 - Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and report progress regularly to management.
 - Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to promote the company.
 - Assist in developing pricing strategies and long-term business plans.
 
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
 - 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
 - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 - Ability to understand technical products and manufacturing processes.
 - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
 - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
