Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver monthly induction training for new hires in a classroom setting.
 - Conduct soft skills training on topics such as Time Management, Business Communication, Presentation Skills, and Effective Meetings.
 - Facilitate virtual Lunch and Learn sessions on a weekly basis.
 - Evaluate training sessions and suggest improvements where needed.
 - Collaborate with team members to design or update training materials.
 - Send training invitations, reminders, and follow-ups to participants.
 - Maintain accurate attendance records and feedback logs in SharePoint.
 - Prepare and distribute training evaluation reports and summaries.
 - Work with global HR and IT teams to support new course development.
 - Attend Train the Trainer sessions and stay updated with current content.
 
Requirements
- Strong command of written and spoken English for business communication.
 - Minimum 23 years of experience delivering training in a corporate setting.
 - Experience with both in-person and virtual training delivery.
 - Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Well-organized and detail-oriented with good time management.
 - Familiar with MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
 - Knowledge of the full training cycle (planning, delivery, feedback) is a plus.
 - Comfortable working with remote teams and across cultures.
