Warehouse Manager - Kuliyapitiya

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations
• Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of all products in the warehouse
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained at all times
• Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and production, to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
• Train, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and accuracy
• Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies
• Implement and maintain proper storage and handling procedures to ensure product quality is maintained
• Monitor and control warehouse expenses to ensure budget targets are met
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the FMCG sector
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
• Experience in managing a team and strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
