Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets
- Identify and target potential customers, including builders, contractors, architects, and distributors, to generate new business and maintain existing relationships
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Develop and maintain a strong network of dealers and distributors to ensure effective distribution
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional and advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team, including sales forecasts, market trends, and competitor activities
- Conduct regular training and development programs for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
