Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets
  • Identify and target potential customers, including builders, contractors, architects, and distributors, to generate new business and maintain existing relationships
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competition
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of dealers and distributors to ensure effective distribution 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional and advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team, including sales forecasts, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Conduct regular training and development programs for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
