Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through online platforms, referrals, and direct marketing.
 - Conduct market research to understand current trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
 - Organize and conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations to showcase properties.
 - Assist in preparing sales proposals, follow-ups, and negotiating deals
 - Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, and operational metrics.
 - Monitor project timelines, handle client escalations, and assist in operational problem-solving.
 - Support budgeting, project tracking, and implementation of new operational processes for efficiency.
 
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
 - Minimum 3 years of working experience.
 - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
 - Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry practices.
 - Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and CRM software.
 - Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
 - High level of professionalism, ethics, and customer focus.
