Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through online platforms, referrals, and direct marketing.

  • Monitor project timelines, handle client escalations, and assist in operational problem-solving.
  • Support budgeting, project tracking, and implementation of new operational processes for efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism, ethics, and customer focus.
