JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Oversee the import process from order placement to final delivery 
  • Track and Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery, resolving any delays or issues 
  • Liaise with international suppliers and vendors to manage orders, shipments and timelines 
  • Collaborate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to secure cost-effective transport solutions 
  • Prepare and submit required documents and reports, including invoices, bills of loading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations 
  • Analyze and manage import related costs, including duties, taxes, and shipping fees Address any import related issues, delays, complains or damage clams 
  • Maintain accurate records of import transactions and documentation

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Logistics or related field 
  • 3+ years of experience in imports, logistics or supply chain management 
  • Knowledge of international trade agreements and compliance standards 
  • Sound understanding about the medical equipment industry
