Responsibilities:
- Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions accurately in the companys accounting system
- Maintain general ledger entries and ensure financial records are complete and compliant with regulations
- Process and monitor invoices, payments, and receipts for clients and vendors
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy and timely payments
- Oversee inventory valuation, manage stock audits, and track inventory costs
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow
- Prepare tax returns and manage tax filings
- Provide financial analysis and insights to management
Requirments:
- Fully or Partly Qualified in CA
- Minimum of 3-5 years in similar capacity
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
- Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and financial reporting
- Familiarity with inventory management, cost accounting, and tax regulations
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
