Assistant Manager - UHT Production

Responsibilities:

• Guide the team following Leadership Behaviors, driving continuous improvement by finding and implementing new opportunities
• Partner with the Production Planner to develop realistic production plans during weekly planning meetings
• Implement and review new standards within specified timelines to maintain operational excellence
• Carry out 5S and GMP practices, perform audits, and motivate adherence to ensure sustainability and proper machinery maintenance and operation
  

Requirements:

• A degree in Engineering/ Food Science or proven matured knowledge in Food Manufacturing
• Minimum 3 years of experience. Previous experience in UHT operations would be advantageous
• Exhibit leadership and team player skills with an attitude for absolute intolerance for unsafe situations
• Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exhibit fluency in English, along with strong communication
• Multi-tasking and ability to coach others
