Assistant Manager - Warehouse

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching of coconut products.

• Ensure accurate inventory management through regular stock checks and timely system updates.

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and export teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and shipment readiness.

• Maintain proper storage conditions to preserve product quality and comply with food safety standards.

• Implement and monitor warehouse safety procedures and housekeeping standards.

• Assist the Warehouse Manager in process improvements, manpower planning, and performance monitoring.

Requirements 

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in FMCG or food export sector.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.

• Familiarity with export packing, labeling, and documentation requirements.

• Good leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.

• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain high accuracy levels.
