Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent technical qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in air conditioning installation and servicing.

• Strong understanding of HVAC principles, thermodynamics, and refrigeration cycles.

• Familiarity with electrical components, controllers, and fault detection systems.

• Knowledge of BMS systems (Building Management Systems) is an added advantage.

• Ability to calibrate and program digital thermostats and smart HVAC control systems.
