Quality Assurance Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process, and finished products to verify compliance with established quality standards.
• Support the preparation, maintenance, and organization of documentation for internal and external audits.
• Monitor adherence to food safety and quality systems (HACCP, ISO, GMP) throughout production activities.
• Identify non-conformities or quality issues, escalate to the QA Manager, and assist in corrective action implementation.
• Participate in training programs for employees on quality assurance practices and safety protocols.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to resolve quality-related challenges effectively and promptly.
• Prepare and maintain quality performance reports, submitting findings and recommendations to the QA Manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and quality standards such as HACCP, ISO, and GMP.
• Prior experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in documentation and working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to follow instructions from the QA Manager.
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to support cross-functional collaboration.
