Plantation Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage all coconut plantation activities such as planting, cultivation, fertilizing, irrigation, pest control, and harvesting.

• Improve plantation yield, productivity, and overall operational efficiency.

• Supervise and guide the field workforce, including training and performance monitoring.

• Ensure safety standards and proper work practices across all plantation sites.

• Monitor quality and production levels to meet company standards.

• Coordinate with procurement, production, and R&D teams for smooth supply of materials.

• Manage resources, equipment usage, and operational budgets effectively.

• Prepare reports, identify operational risks, and implement proactive solutions.

Requirements

• Qualification in Agriculture, Horticulture, Plantation Management, or a related field.

• 5 - 7 years of experience in plantation operations.

• 3 - 5 years of experience in a supervisory or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of coconut cultivation and agronomic practices.

• Proven leadership and field team management skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Good communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work across multiple field sites and manage site-wide operations.
