Responsibilities 

• Achieve individual and team fundraising targets by visiting promotion sites, individual donors, venues, and events.

• Implement effective individual fundraising techniques, with a focus on Face-to-Face methods.

• Accurately register new donors, including collecting payment details, and forward to the donor services department.

• Maintain accurate records of fundraising activities and donor interactions.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with donors to encourage long-term support.

Requirements 

• Successfully completed G.C.E. Advanced Level.

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or promotions (freshers with strong interpersonal skills may be considered).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Target-driven and results-oriented.
