Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and counseling to students regarding study abroad opportunities, admission procedures, and visa requirements.
• Assist students in preparing and reviewing visa documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with embassy requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations, immigration policies, and entry requirements for multiple countries.
• Coordinate with universities, embassies, and other stakeholders to support the students application process.
• Track applications, follow up with students, and provide timely updates to ensure smooth processing.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Education, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in student counseling, visa processing, or international education consultancy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively counsel and guide students.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Flexibility to work on Saturdays as a half-day.
