Trainee Recruitment Officer - Field Operations

Responsibilities

• Visit field locations and communities to identify and recruit suitable candidates.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, training centers, and employment agencies.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Provide regular reports on recruitment progress, challenges, and field activities.

• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Male candidate, fluent in both Sinhala and English (Tamil fluency is an added advantage).

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.

• Minimum 06 months of experience in HR, talent acquisition or HR Operations.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.

• Possess a valid driving or riding license and able to work independently in the field.

• Energetic, approachable, and results-driven personality.
