Finance Executive - Tax & Inland Revenue

Industry: Agricultural Products Export

Our client, a reputable company in the Agricultural Products Export Industry, is seeking a skilled Finance Executive to manage tax compliance, accounts, and financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage tax-related matters by liaising with the Inland Revenue Department and ensuring accurate and timely submission of tax returns.
• Maintain well-organized financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and process journal entries, invoices, payments, receipts, and reconciliations.
• Handle Accounts Payable (supplier invoices, payments, reconciliations).
• Manage Accounts Receivable (customer invoicing and collection follow-ups).
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and tax consultants as needed.
• Monitor internal controls and support continuous process improvements.
• Provide timely financial analysis and insights to management.

Requirements

• 3 years experience in a similar capacity.
• Part-qualified in a recognized accounting body (AAT / ICASL / ACCA / CIMA).
• Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Hands-on experience with ledger postings and preparation of financial statements independently.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
