Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 35 years of proven sales/business development experience in freight forwarding/logistics.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping, INCOTERMS, and customs regulations.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar) for client management.
• Understanding of supply chain and logistics KPIs (lead times, transit times, cost per shipment.
