Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost evaluation, to support strategic decision-making for international operations.

• Collaborate with senior management to plan and execute strategies for market expansion into new countries, including market research, competitor benchmarking, and regulatory compliance.

• Identify potential risks and operational challenges in international expansion projects and propose mitigation strategies to ensure smooth market entry.

• Analyze and improve business processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness across domestic and international operations.

• Facilitate clear communication and coordination between the CEO, cross-border teams, and external partners to support business objectives.

• Prepare comprehensive performance reports, dashboards, and presentations to track progress on international initiatives and provide actionable insights to management.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in the manufacturing sector.

• Full or partial finance professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is highly desirable.

• Additional qualifications in marketing, business, or technical fields are advantageous.

• Demonstrated 3 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in manufacturing operations.

• Strong analytical, market research, and report-writing skills.

• Effective team player with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
