Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Management, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • 5+ years of HR experience with 2+ years in managerial role.
  • Professional certifications (CIPD ) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with recruitment and sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS Systems.
  • Knowledge of compliance and policy management tools, labor law systems, GDPR, and OHS compliance tracking.
