Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

  • Manage the company's social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement tracking.

  • Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO and lead generation purposes.

  • Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce creative and engaging marketing materials.

  • Run email marketing campaigns, including newsletter creation, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and emerging technologies to ensure campaigns are competitive and effective.

  • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly digital marketing reports highlighting KPIs, ROI, and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.

  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) and ability to interpret data.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
