Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Manage the company's social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement tracking.

Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO and lead generation purposes.

Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.

Collaborate with design and content teams to produce creative and engaging marketing materials.

Run email marketing campaigns, including newsletter creation, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.

Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and emerging technologies to ensure campaigns are competitive and effective.

Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly digital marketing reports highlighting KPIs, ROI, and performance metrics.
Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.

Hands-on experience with social media platforms, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid campaigns.

Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) and ability to interpret data.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
