Trainee Technician (Automobile Sector)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians in performing routine vehicle maintenance and repairs (engine, brakes, suspension, electrical systems, etc.).
• Support in diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues under supervision.
• Learn and adhere to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Perform basic servicing tasks such as oil changes, tire replacement, and battery checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of workshop tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Record service activities and prepare basic reports as guided by supervisors.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge through hands-on training and workshops.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / NVQ / Certificate in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (fresh graduates/undergraduates are encouraged to apply).
• Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and components will be an added advantage.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Physical fitness and readiness to work in workshop conditions.
