Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, production planning, inventory, logistics, and export documentation.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure timely delivery of coconut-based products to international markets.
• Coordinate with suppliers, production, and logistics teams to maintain smooth material flow and optimize schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure product availability based on demand forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations, quality standards, and international shipment documentation.
• Analyze supply chain performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement to reduce cost and enhance efficiency.

Requirements 

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
• 5-7 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably in FMCG or food export industry.
• Strong knowledge of export operations, customs procedures, and international shipping documentation.
• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office with good analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management abilities.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
