Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage the procurement strategy to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of materials and services.
Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure favorable deals.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs.

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

Analyze market trends and provide insights to optimize purchasing decisions.

Manage a team of procurement professionals and provide guidance and support.

Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost savings.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems is an advantage.

Ability to analyze data and make strategic purchasing decisions.
