Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage the procurement strategy to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure favorable deals.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to optimize purchasing decisions.

  • Manage a team of procurement professionals and provide guidance and support.

  • Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost savings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems is an advantage.

  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic purchasing decisions.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
