Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate showroom sales and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
 - Prepare quotations and handle related administrative tasks efficiently.
 - Support the sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the showroom.
 - Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishments.
 - Follow up with customers on pending quotations, payments, and deliveries.
 - Ensure high standards of customer service and showroom presentation at all times.
 - Liaise with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
 - Assist in organizing promotional events, displays, and marketing activities at the showroom.
 - Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalate issues to management where necessary.
 
Job Requirements
- Diploma/HND/Undergraduate or professional qualification in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
 - 
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination, order processing, or departmental coordination (preferably within the manufacturing industry).
 - 
Proficiency in English and Sinhala; knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.
 - 
Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
 - 
Familiarity with ERP systems will be considered a plus.
 - 
Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Galle.
