Job Responsibilities 

  • Assist in supervising and managing the day-to-day showroom operations.
  • Support the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure the showroom is well-presented, with proper product displays, cleanliness, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide product demonstrations, and offer mobility solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Assist in staff training, mentoring, and performance monitoring to maintain high service standards.
  • Oversee inventory management and coordinate with logistics teams for timely stock availability.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate issues when required.
  • Support in planning and executing marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and showroom events.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for business development.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 7-8 years of experience in retail/showroom management, preferably in the mobility, automotive, or related sector.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Good knowledge of mobility products (automotive, EVs, or related) and customer preferences.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills.
