Job Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising and managing the day-to-day showroom operations.
- Support the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure the showroom is well-presented, with proper product displays, cleanliness, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product demonstrations, and offer mobility solutions that meet customer needs.
- Assist in staff training, mentoring, and performance monitoring to maintain high service standards.
- Oversee inventory management and coordinate with logistics teams for timely stock availability.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate issues when required.
- Support in planning and executing marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and showroom events.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for business development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 7-8 years of experience in retail/showroom management, preferably in the mobility, automotive, or related sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good knowledge of mobility products (automotive, EVs, or related) and customer preferences.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills.
