Responsibilities

• Oversee all quantity surveying and cost control activities for import and distribution projects.

• Prepare, verify, and update Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

• Administer contracts in line with FIDIC / ICTAD standards.

• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and cost performance.

• Handle claims, variations, and contractual issues.

• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams for project requirements.

• Support procurement by reviewing quotations and validating supplier payments.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent professional / diploma qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in construction or contract management.

• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, contract administration (FIDIC / ICTAD), cost control, and claims handling.

• Good communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

• Ability to travel and perform site-based work as needed.
